Public Procurement Department
The department is responsible for monitoring the compliance with the Public Procurement Act and for guidance and information about public procurement.

Competition Department 1
The department initiates investigations into alleged infringements of the Competition Act and the EC competition rules and handles notifications of concentrations between undertakings. The department is also responsible for the coordination of leniency applications.
Principal areas: building sector, food sector including non-durable goods and agriculture sector.

Competition Department 2
The department initiates investigations into alleged infringements of the Competition Act and the EC competition rules and handles notifications of concentrations between undertakings.
Principal areas: financial services, telecommunications, media and IT.

Competition Department 4
The department initiates investigations of competition between public and private sectors and handles notifications of concentrations between undertakings. The department also has special responsibility regarding the Transparency Act.

Council for Competition Research
The Authority contributes to competition related research in the disciplines of economics and law. In this work we have support from an affiliated body, the Council for Competition Research.

Council for Public Procurement
The Council is an important support for the Authority's efforts to exercise oversight of public procurement and provides a forum for the exchange of experience in terms of both general procurement issues as questions about the need for measures to support the development of an efficient public procurement.
