Co-operation between authorities

The Swedish Competition Authority applies the EC competition rules in close co-operation with the other competition authorities within the European Competition Network, ECN.

The Authority also participates in international developments in the competition field in international organisations for example the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, OECD, as well as the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, UNCTAD.

Great importance is attached to establishing and developing relations with competition authorities in other countries. In particular there is a close cooperation between the Nordic competition authorities. ICN, The International Competition Network, is a network of competition authorities worldwide.

European Competition Authorities (ECA) is an informal network for national competition authorities in Europe.
